Q Who provides the Chocolate and dips etc?
A: Chocolate Coates provides all the Chocolate, dipping foods and sticks – your requirements will be discussed before the event.
Q: What Chocolate is used?
A: Luxury Belgium Chocolate by Callebaut is used. It is available in Milk, Dark or White. Callebaut are producers of High Quality Coca and Chocolate product. The chocolate is known as a couverture chocolate simply put - it has a high cocoa content.
Q: Is other Chocolate avalibale eg. Organic, Flavoured or Kosher?
A: Yes. For your special requirmentsplease get in touch. To give you an idea here are some examples;

Q: What Foods can be dipped?
A: The only real limit here is your imagination! The most common dipping foods are strawberries, bananas, most fruit, doughnuts, marshmallows, profiteroles. The only rule of thumb is stay clear of foods which will disintegrate easily like raspberries.
Q: How will the Staff Be Dressed?
A: The Staff will be dressed appropriatly, logoed or un-logoed options.
Q: Do you add oil to the Chocolate?
Q: Can the Fountain be used Outside?
A: It is important to maintain a steady temperature. Therefore the fountain can be used in a marquees as long as it is enclosed. Insects can be a problem if not enclosed as can drafts.
